I was very pleased with the timeliness of the service tech (Justin) arriving on time, his attention to detail and his explaining not only what needed to be done during the somewhat routine furnace and hot water heater yearly inspection but, also, why it should be done along with some alternatives.

He was able to catch a few items that, if left unattended to, might have caused some serious issues down the road.

I felt I was treated with respect and understanding and was very pleased with the final results of his work. Because of the problems he found during the inspection process, the service call lasted longer than it was originally scheduled to take however I never got the impression that he was hurrying through the process nor did I feel that he was taking the easy way out to save time.

We set up an appointment around a month in advance only to call to confirm the day before to find out they didn't have us scheduled. Got on the schedule for the same day as planned, just later in the day than it was originally supposed to be. Planned and had someone stay home from work just to receive a phone call they day of the appointment that they don't actually do this kind of work that we very clearly explained when first setting up the appointment and on the follow up call about the appointment. Had they said so originally, we would have gone with someone else and would have had heat already. Really crappy move to allow someone to be without a functioning heating system for so long in the winter just because you can't get your act together abut scheduling.

The technician who came out was very helpful and seemed well versed. You guys were also the only plumbing and heating company who were able to make it out to my house same day when we lost all heat. That alone is extremely awesome. Thank you very much.

Very happy with this company! I was scheduled for a simple cleaning. When the technician discovered issues, they were addressed right away. Andy was wonderful! Would definitely recommend them.

I called Al Terry Plumbing 2 weeks ago (on a bitterly cold day) because my furnace would not click on.  KELLY(she is just the BEST!) called me back within 1/2 hr, told me a serviceman would be out ASAP & VERY SOON, my favorite serviceman, JUSTIN,  was out.  He worked VERY hard for over 2 hrs. but when he left, my home was warm and I was so relieved and grateful.  When anyone asks  about a plumber---I ALWAYS tell them to call AL TERRY.  They are honest, courteous, professional(their servicemen  COVER THEIR FEET WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR HOME!), and friendly.  I have NEVER been made to feel that my call was not important or that I was a ''bother''.  I consider myself lucky to be their customer!
