The gentleman from the Yorkville location drove over 30 minutes to our home and not only repaired the wires that were damaged during landscaping, but also went above our expectations in training tips for our new pup. Very professional, affordable and friendly. We greatly appreciated his service.

Service! Service! Service! That's what makes A+ Underground Pet Fencing the best company out there for your pet fencing. The other companies might get you a fence that works ok, but all but disappear after making the sale. I've referred this company to several close friends and they are always impressed by the service Scott gives them well after their fence was installed and the fences themselves work great. He's also a huge dog lover and ridiculously good at dealing with even the most difficult dogs. If I could give 6 stars I would!

We bought a house with this fence installed. I dug through the fence once and they were very helpful fixing it. This hard winter caused a couple of minor issues, but SCOTT at Underground Pet Fencing to the rescue! TWICE, he has taken all the time necessary to walk me through a repair without having to call out a repairman. So this cost me nothing. Scott is friendly, dependable, reliable and very patient. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to ANYONE needing a fence. I am President of the board at a local humane shelter, and am very focused on what is best for dogs and cats. And when it comes to pet fences, these guys are IT! I couldn't more highly recommend them.
