Our house was destroyed by a fire and this is where the insurance allowed us to stay. The rooms are nice and the staff is lovely. They're lively and several times we're there to help us when we needed it. The building is located next to a free for fast travel, several well priced gas stations, and is located also next to several shopping centers as well as full fledged grocery stores. Would highly recommend.

Claims to be non-smoking but the rooms smell like smoke. In one of my photos, you can see a cigarette burn in the blanket. AC is so loud that you can't hear the TV. AC turns on and off every 5 minutes. When it turns on, it is blowing at 100% which means it's loud and will wake you up. Staff is not friendly. Furniture is old and not sturdy. Location is decent. Will never stay at an extended stay again. Also, no one came to clean my room throughout the day. Still had towels on the floor and an unmade bed when I came back.

What I disliked was that, I reserved a two bed unit and only received one bed. My second bed would not be ready until Sunday and my check out is for Monday. I was compensated for the error, but the saga continued. Upon checking in to my room Sunday the wait is even longer and my patients grows shorter. Also, what I noticed during my wait for double beds was that if a current guest were to check out and request another night or two the request is honored. Forget about the guest who have made reservations and upon arrival no rooms are available because of over booking. This is a practice that is rude, unprofessional and shows no respect for the new guest. Also, to make matters worse when I received my new room keys the room was still occupied; why was I given keys to a room occupied? I thought this stay would be relaxing and pleasant boy was I wrong; first and last stay at this location. This was very embarrassing to me on behalf of my guest traveling with me. Improvements are very much needed for this location.

Located off 13 mile rd. It has various sizes rooms, has kitchen utilities, is pet friendly and is very decent quality.

TERRIBLE!!! The room was dirty (hair was on the floor and in the sink)...sheets were stained...towels were dirty (I air dryed my body instead of using those towels). To top it off, a staff went into a woman's room (who works nights) after midnight thinking she was gone (to steal) but didn't know she had company and ran away when they asked who was there. This place is not only dirty but unsafe. Please so NOT stay here.
