A1 Car Rental

Soner Ulucay was very accommodating of my needs with a rental car and got me a beautiful upgrade to a Mercedes-Benz E-class Wagon to drive for the week when there were no Passats! Highly recommend working with him. Fun guy to talk to and very understanding. The return experience was also excellent. The documentation was consistent from beginning to end and Fatih Tanis was very efficient and friendly, especially when I almost walked away with the keys!

The main issue with this rental hire was that upon returning the car at Frankfurt Airport, there was a small scratch which the car attendant said should cost 30 or maximum 50 euros to fix, but that they needed to withdraw 1000 euros from my account "just in case". Over 2 months later, we received a bill for 1950 euros, although it seems anything over the 1000 euros already taken would be covered by our insurance. They had added pictures of the side and back rocker panels being pushed in, which were NOT there when we handed back the car, nor were they written in the incident report with the car attendant when we dropped the car off in person. This was clearly the main issue, but here are some other issues: - Long queues: When we picked up the car on a late Wednesday afternoon there was only 1 person in attendance for a line of about 10 people. It took over an hour to pick it up, with 4 family members waiting, including 2 seniors, all of whom had travelled more than 12 hours. - Not receiving what was booked: There was a couple next to us in line with a small baby. They had booked a baby seat but upon arriving at the counter, the counter lady said there were no baby seats available. In disbelief, the couple gestured towards their baby and asked how they were supposed to travel without the baby seat they had booked. The counter lady clearly felt bad but there was a problem in the system and there were no seats available, so she couldn't do anything. The couple ended up having to tour the other car rental places trying to find a baby seat they could hire, after having just arriving from a long travel and with a baby with them. Note, the car itself was a good one, and the counter lady and the car attendant upon return were friendly and tried their best, but they are working with a company that seems to scam customers. Will not be hiring from Enterprise again.

Would not recommend Enterprise. Upon arrival we ended up getting a Renault 4 years old with 80.000 Km in a just average clean condition. Steering wheel was rather sticky. I was not aware of the fact that I am not allowed to take the car outside of Germany. French cars always have strange features. Amongst many other things I could not figure out how to find specific radio stations or reset the daily odometer. And no review camera. And you better make sure the car is full upon return. They charge double the gas prices, 4 Euro per liter.

We have been travelling to Germany for close on 40 years as this was THE BEST experience ever from a Car Rental company!! The staff were super friendly from the office through to the collection and later the drop off. Special kudos to Ivan and Luis who even remembered us and why we had come to Germany!

I booked an SUV type car and when I arrived to check in the vehicle was not ready and I had to wait a long time, and I got another car, it should be noted that the woman at the desk can't remember her name really tried to help me. But she said they don't have any vehicles available. I got a car with a fuel tank not in full, and I had to go back to update the lady, And she said she was writing it in the account. When I returned the car didn't show up the fuel was a bit empty, and there was a very nice guy named eduard And it really helped me sort out the fuel problem

Do NOT rent a car from Enterprise. I rented a car from Enterprise Sachenhausen. The car was very dirty when I picked it up. There were wrappings of sweets in the back and fresh coffee stains between the seats in the front. It was clearly not well checked and cleaned. When I returned the car Enterprise said that there was a fresh scratch on the rim. It was easy to overlook this scratch as it was on the absolute outside of the rim, almost touching the tire. I didn't have any accident during the rental and the dirty state of the car during pick up would suggest bad inspection of the car before I rented it. I am sure that the scratch had been there already. Enterprise charged me EUR 950 for this which is extortion if you compare it to the cost of a new rim which is EUR 250.

Soner Ulucay was of great help when we dropped the car at Frankfurt airport. He helped us in going back to hotel too, if drop could have been arranged it was really great. We got to catch hotel shuttle. Overall it was nice service by Enterprise, car was nice and service was excellent.

Rented car for 4 days, very smooth and decent process. staff was very friendly and vehicle was cleaned and fueled up. Rental return process was quick and smooth. Gentleman Fatih was amazing and very helpful Will defo. come back :

Soner Ulucay is definitely my favorite employee here so far. We immediately got the best service and he was super helpful and throughly explained everything to us. He is super nice and was very helpful.

My business with this company is usually very good and the first time I used them, the lady who helped me made me want to use this company ONLY. Now, after the experience with jamai, I won't use this company again if I see him there. It is unfortunate because there are amazing employees there who he could learn a lot from. Like for instance, I don't need to book online first, when you are the one who is supposed to help with this. Secondly, don't force people to leave a review for you and read it right away and complain that the comment was too short. Jamai made my experience very uncomfortable. Mr Fatih Tanis was extremely helpful and professional for my return.
