I always rent a car in Enterprise California. The staff in San Bernardino are really awesome, cheerful, friendly, professional, and they always above and beyond. Once I arrived in the office, the car is ready. I am looking for the same quality of service and efficiency here in Laramie. 

So far, we are still waiting for our reservation for almost a week from this branch. (Laramie). How I wish that they have a lot of branches nearby that they can be their back up if they are short of vehicles.

I hope Manager Barry can help us on this.

Very friendly and professional. I made the mistake of arriving an hour and a half after my appointment and they were very accommodating. No problems!

Two different times I have tried the rent a vehicle here but it's alway overbooked. I do appreciate a call from one of the reps as soon as they get the reservation. Hope they end up getting more or expand the location to accommodate the demand.
