Rented a 2017 Chevrolet Cruz for a quick business trip to New Mexico. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I showed up 30 minutes early. The staff was friendly and made the rental process smooth and painless.

The best customer service around! My truck broke down on my way back from viewing the total eclipse. We were going to be stranded or hitchhiking home. Ashley, the manager, got creative and set me up with a beautiful BMW SUV and I was able to make it back to Denver that same day. I will ONLY rent Enterprise when I travel!

I use to recommend these people. Now I recommend you run and not walk from them! The car had trash, old food and candy under the seats! The lady at the counter was less then curious to say the least. I will never rent from them again. Also reservations mean nothing to them I was left waiting 30 min to check in because the place was understaffed.

I have been renting with Enterprise for more than a decade.  At times, I find extremely cheap deals with other companies as compared to Enterprise.  But I stick to these guys because I know I will get outstanding customer service and they will cover me.  Recently I had a rent a cargo van for hauling some heavy furniture from out of town.  To compensate for the unavailability of a van in Laramie (where I had originally booked), these guys gave me unlimited mileage (normally 150m free) and made me a special deal on gas.  Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff.   Keep it up guys.
