This is the worst possible place to take your car. 2 years ago it took them more than a full business day to replace a battery, just to find out they needed to replace the starter too. Now, the battery is toast. It's covered under a warranty but they no longer carry the garbage they gave me, so instead of go ing me what they DO have they make a 9 year member come back after they've ordered it. Will they also pay for my rental? Nope. Will they charge you more for labor than anyone else, sell you crappy parts with questionable expertise, just to make you run around town so they don't have to inconvenience themselves? Yes.

Everyone  is super friendly whether you are planning a trip or getting your car worked on. The wait is never too long.

I visited AAA Gahanna/New Albany store 2 times this year.  My first visit was way back on January 13 and my last visit to AAA Gahanna/New Albany store was way back on April 22.  The staff at AAA Gahanna/New Albany store were very nice to me.  I met Tammy Love one of the Travel Consultant at AAA Gahanna/New Albany helped me with my TripTik routings for Niagara Falls, Ontario and Memphis, TN during my visit on April 22 as well.  Tammy is very nice.  She did a very good job getting my TripTik routings done.

It's not so much dislike (staff is very nice and all that) but the fact that 9 months after I had a headlight replaced by this facility I had to have the same headlight work done AGAIN. I used to own an Explorer which didn't need new headlights until it was 11 years old, but here's a 5 year old car that needs the same headlight fixed? Not cool. And no I didn't get charged for it but they managed to find something wrong with the other headlight so for $7 they fixed it. If I had thought more I would have taken my car to the repair shop that did the other headlight 2 weeks after AAA did the 1st one and made them do it again as well.
