Great experience here getting Tires and Brakes today. Herb went out of his way to make the process easy and painless. He found some great deals for me, worked with me on the options, and was quick to communicate throughout. Great service and extremely fast! Will go back again.

Had an issue with my brakes. Well I thought it was my brakes. Took it to other shops and they couldnt find the problem. But it ended up going here and right away they knew it was a bad tire and they fixed me on the spot. Now I take my car here all the time. Great people inside the office and shop. Keep up the good work guys. See you in the future for more repairs and service :)

Far and beyond, this was the BEST monro location I have ever been to! Professional, informative, and most importantly they were FAST FAST FAST!!! They understood my need to get in without an appointment for a quick oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which is exactly what I've been looking for from one of these Monro shops. They'll be getting more business from me soon. Thanks Herb!

Let me just start by saying I didn't buy anything at this store, and it is not in any way about the technicians as I'm sure they would have been willing to help me. I made the mistake of going to the advisor about this issue. I was driving by the store and part of my exhaust fell off since the clamps were too loose. Conveniently this location was right next to me as it happened, so I pulled in and went up front. I asked the advisor if there was any way I could have someone come out and help me with the issue, and in a condescending manner I was told there was 7 cars in front of me. Why should I wait hours to have something done that would take 30 seconds? I told him I would even be ok with just borrowing a wrench to do it myself, and he basically told me i was an inconvenience to the shop for asking. At this point I was more than irritated and told him I would go ask one of the technicians to help since he obviously wouldn't. I walked out the door hearing him yelling behind me. I walked around to the shop and he walked out of the front and greeted me with a nice "get out of my shop" and I will admit at this point I lost my temper because who just lets someone treat them like that? After this he told me "get off my lot" which I obviously couldn't because my exhaust was hanging under my car. I was forced to get under my car without the right tools, and take the exhaust the rest of the way off, damaging both my rear hangers on my very expensive stainless system just so I could make it to work on time. I had to put the exhaust in my trunk and now have to run the car with open headers until i can buy new hangers and fix the system myself.

I've been going to this location for years and the guys there have always shown themselves to be honest and efficient. Yesterday I took my new car for an oil change and didn't realize the cost would be so high due to my car needing full synthetic oil. The guys took care of me and cut me a break. You can't ask for better service. The oil change was done super-quick but they also weren't that busy.
