We went in to look for a plan to get our hard back in shape. The rep for Scott's was there and she was very, very helpful. Not only with the items but there was a way we could by one product that takes the place of two. Means only one trip around to put it down.

My fiance and I have tried on *3* separate occasions to buy a fence here. We picked a premade panel from out front of their store, and literally nobody in the store could find out how to order it. We then decided to order one we found on the website, but we needed to order it in store to receive our military discount and again, nobody could seem to figure out how to order it. I am literally dumb founded. You lost a customer trying to spend a couple thousand dollars. We ended up going to Menards and spending our money. We wont step foot in this home depot ever again.

I go to this Home Depot because it's close to my home. Prices are just okay. I rarely find a great bargain. But they have pretty much everything of course. And unlike a lot of places (I'm talking to you Menards) , there's usually somebody knowledgeable around to help you.

Great store. The associates are always very friendly and helpful. I have a Lowe's closer to my house, but I drive a little further because of the selection and staff.

No was available at the flooring department to make a purchase. Waited 30 minutes, the store does not seem to cross train their employees. It took an additional 20 minutes to close the modified invoice so that I could pay, if I didn't prepurchase gift cards I would have cancelled the purchase. If you value your time I would not recommend ever using Home Depot services. The people were nice but that doesn't get back my wasted time. It probably took a hour and 40 minutes to pay.
