I personally like the location and I think the inside in nice and clean. That is one thing enjoyable about this spot. There are maps to buy and a separte area to buy discounted entertainment tickets. Hours here aren't the best. When I lived in SoCal the AAA offices had OUTSTANDING customer service; hence why i contiued with them here. I liked the customer service much better at the old location in the heart of Garden City. Like you've read previously you will wait when you come to do anything an eye test renewal etc. There is no point in the wait most of the time either. TBH I wouldn't mind waiting there if there was some sort of nice customer service or greeter to chat with, otherwise I get impatient and just feel like i have no worth despite being the already paid PREMIER customer! Premier members should also get priority similar to first class seating on planes, just a thought.

Called today to try and get a new decal for my new car the first call I was  disconnected the second call I was told they don’t send out new ones I don’t live close to a AAA office I have gotten new decals before I find it odd they don’t go out out of  there way for anything. I guess that’s our new customer service system.

Waited over 7 hours for service. I feel like idiot. Company management needs to be changed

If I could I would give this place zero stars! Waited over an hour on hold to speak with a customer service representative. Unable to reach them over the weekend to replace a vehicle on my policy. When I attempted to call on Monday I waited well over an hour on hold for my call to be answered. Extremely frustrating and inconsiderate.  Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am appalled they would have the audacity to have a client wait as long as they did to just speak with someone. Never again! Time to partner up with a brokerage who has the ability to assist their clients in a timely fashion.

My son called for help at 2:15 pm yesterday, AAA told my son it will be approximately half hour wait for the tow truck to arrive. They arrived at 4:50 pm! worst service ever.
