Called at 5:10pm. Was told tech would be here anytime between "now and 9:30pm". Really?? A 5 hour wait? In Temps below 20 degrees? I'm sitting, wrapped in a blanket, gloves, hat, in a car that won't start for more than 2 hours, freezing my a** off. If you don't have enough techs to service those in need, then you shouldn't be in business. 8 years an AAA member. I won't be renewing.

My car battery needed a jump twice this winter. Luckily I was at home so being stranded wasn't an issue. However, if I were stranded and the wait was lengthy, I would have called someone to pick me up or cabbed it home. On both occasions the tech was the same and very friendly and helpful. The first time he arrived very promptly, the 2nd time was during a big storm and I told the operator that it could wait, they should serve people stranded first.  When he came the second time we discussed the life of the battery and while he recommended having it replaced, he wasn't being pushy or trying to oversell me on something I didn't need. Greatly for their services!!
