I drive a manual car. My clutch was slipping and needed to be replaced.  I took it into Aaron's to have this done they gave me a quote and a few day's later i picked up my car. My wife picked up the car because I was working until after they were closed. i bike home after work and my wife is in tears saying that there is some terrible grinding noise with the car, never a good sign,  so i hop in and give it a drive.  sure enough it is grinding away.  Aaron's does say they guarantee the repair for six months so we take it back in the next morning to see whats happening. They calmly explain that our transmission is going our and they would need to replace it to make the sound go away.  Of course they tell me this after they have taken my thousand dollars.  They than proceed to tell me that this grinding won't cause any real problems and i should be good to drive it for years to come.  Ha Ha. five months later my car is in need of serious help.  I take it back in, remember six month guarantee, they tell me they need thirty five hundred to fix it.  Well what do i do now that the repair cost of the car is more than the worth of the car in working order?  Well I started looking for a new car and a new mechanic.  Fool me once shame on you, you won't have the chance to fool me twice. 
Although that being said they did get the work done really fast and were vary easy to work with.

I prayed for a mechanic service with integrity and compassion. I am a single mom and was afraid of being lied to and taken advantage of. I found quite the opposite.  Aaron and his staff, are men of integrity and compassion.  They were honest with me the whole way through. I continue to be grateful to them!!  Thank you, is not enough!!!
