Took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for a transmission fluid leak. My first experience was with Lisa on the phone, and she was very friendly and helpful. Russ took care of my service and did a great job keeping me informed of the status, as well as providing extra information regarding other recommended service items after doing a thorough inspection of the rest of the Jeep. Russ also informed me of the warranty offered by Valvoline. However, the best part of my experience was meeting Eric, a mechanic who also graciously served as my shuttle driver to/fro my house. That guy is awesome and has a terrific attitude. He was a pleasure to talk to, and I’m sure he’s a great mechanic as well. I definitely recommend this service center for your vehicle’s needs!

I scheduled an appointment with Shadetree Automotive to get my brakes inspected on my BMW. I always dread having to drive out to Murray to get my car serviced by the BMW dealer. It was great to find a company that was close, who employs certified BMW mechanics (thank you...thank you!). Shadetree proved to be a very honest and reputable company as they never tried to sell me on services that I didn't need. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family. Great job guys!

Never fails when I take my vehicle to Shadetree. Excellent service from when I walk through the door tell I pick it up. 
On top of that if I have work that will take longer than a day they offer loaner vehicles if needed.

I have never been to a better place in Utah to service my car. My experience was amazing!! This was my first time ever going to Shadetree Automotive. After having many problems with our car and being frustrated with the current location that had it we gave Shadetree a Call. They picked our car up and the day after they called and informed us what the problem was and our option for fixing it. They explained the issues we were having so well that I understood what they were saying and I am not a car person. We had already been quoted at another location for what the costs would be to fix our car and we paid less than half, very fair with pricing. We also loved that they gave us a list of additional things that they recommended we fix and had prices listed. This made me feel like I actually paid for something with a diagnostic test. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so nice and seemed so happy, never made me feel like a burden when calling. We actually never had to call to receive updates on our car because they always did which made me feel like we were extremely taken care of. To top it off they leave cookies in your car!! We will recommend them to everyone that is having car troubles, no lie the best car place I have ever been too.

My experience w Shade Tree auto was excellent. The staff were courteous and informative and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were timely as well.
