I was recently in for service and initially dealt with Bruce, the supposed “manager”. Ultimately, the initial contact went well and my needs were heard. We settled on a plan and i went on my way. That is where the problems began. I never heard from Bruce again. I called and talked to other associates and they did their best to accommodate my needs. Albeit I was not entirely amiable, they took care of me. Basically I am beyond unhappy with my treatment at Master Muffler due to Bruce’s obvious unavailability and lack of professionalism. Jake was great and was the one who took care of me after Bruce’s lack of interest in gaining a customer. So, there was a silver lining in the advisor Jake which is why the 3 stars instead of 1.

The best auto repair shop in town! They have serviced all my personal vehicles as well as all of my company cars. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work has always been performed in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. This is a place I can really count on to take care of my vehicles and keep them running their best!

Best price on an emissions test in town. They got me in quick, and friendly. As I was waiting they told another customer they were able to do something without dropping her a/c compressor, so would charge her less. Not many shops would do that!

Excellent service. After shopping around, they seemed to be the least expensive for break pads/rotors. They saved me over $100! Thank you so much!

Exceptional service. Better than reasonably priced. Told me what the problem was and what it would need without b.s. I suggested other things, like heater hoses, Don said, "No. They're fine. You don't need to do that." Now my go-to car servicing service plac.e I've referred friends and they were just as impressed.
