If iI could less than one star I would. I’ve purchased from this location before had no issues everything was great. However, my recent purchase has given me more problems and headaches than I can count. Delivery day, they brought the wrong furniture pieces. Sent it back only for them to return with the correct furniture around 11:30pm!!!! Hardware was missing from the furniture. This Lakeisha character is incapable of doing her job and her customer service is horrible. My furniture now needs to be repaired after 3 months(seams came loose) I’ve been told twice that some guy is going to contact me. Haven’t heard anything as of today. BUT, Aarons didn’t forget to charge my account for their payment! Tuesday I will be stopping by apparently phone calls get you nowhere. I will never purchase from this location again!

Aaron's great merchandise horrible staff turnover . IT seems the turnover is incredible !!! Let's get to the point I have been along time customer been through the ups and downside of this retail chain. I was accused of skip and run is what I think they call it , it's when a customer purchase a merchdise and move and don't pay for it .mind you I've been at my same home for over 29years but it took some time but the matter was cleared up as they could clearly see that I have purchased lots of items from them as a consumer I was appalled by such accusations. But nevertheless I ordered a bed from the merchant a year ago I received it with cracks in the headboard I have contacted the more then numerous times and 7 different people later I was told .1 it's on order, 2. Let me check on that , 3 I see no notes of you having a cracked headboard ,4 it's on order it will be here in 2 weeks , 5 let me check warehouse . 6 it's at warehouse in Virginia waiting to be shipped. 7 it will be here in one week . 8 let me check on that for you and I'll call you back !!! 9 final results it's still not here to date sept 14 th 2017. But the kicker is I have a computer I received from the merchant almost a year old with only 4 payments left in which I refuse to make another payment on until I receive my headboard !!! I explained this to the accountant in their forrestville office last week and he said he would check and call me back. Never heard from him again!!!! They call over 30 times for a payment for the computer . But never once discussed the status of my year wait replacement headboard. The outcome well let's talk about the outcome !!! After the 30 calls they sent a rep to my home to collect money for the computer mind you that only has 4 payments left which i was reminded by the manager who was on the phone when rep showed up to collect . My point isnt about the money as i told both of them clearly that they can take the computer back with them tonight !!! Its not the money its clearly the principal not to mention sending a rep out to my home with the assumption that i was going to just send money back to the merchant and call it a evening !!! Message to the manager fix what's broken before moving to another task . As a loyal consumer to Aaron's I was highly offended and insulted with such demeaning tactics. After this escapade I'm not saying I will never purchase from Aaron's again but it certainly won't be from your forrestville location. Word to the wise if you receive damaged or broken items from any merchant who delivers return it the same day let them take right then and there back to the merchant . regardless!!!!

They have very poor customer service. I’ve never came in contact with a business that accepts payments over the phone but can’t process a refund for a customer over the phone. It’s extremely frustrating and I will never use their services again.

Arron's is a good company it's self just not this location.. they are unprofessional all the way around front desk person/ assistant manager Rodger is rude and messes up your payment to the point were they came to my house for a payment and they are just disrespectful to the point we're you might want to punch them no jokes only talk to store manager just said
