Horrible experience. Purchased a floor model refrigerator. I requested that the item be bubble wrapped and doors removed. When product arrived, it had been wrapped in a plastic wrap, like saran wrap. The icemaker had been damaged and the freezer door handle slightly bent. I asked delivery what happened and they said the store only put this plastic wrap on it. I rejected the order and went back to store to request a refund. The store asked if delivery had bubble wrapped it and removed the doors. Seems store/delivery don't communicate. I was told I had to wait until delivery notified the store that the item was back in the warehouse. The next day delivery called and said they were ordering me a new refrigerator and wanted to reschedule. I called the store and spoke with the manager and asked him to confirm that the reorder was for a new refrigerator and not another clearance item. He said he was busy and would verify with delivery and call within an hour. I explained that I could not wait anothe week to find that this was another broken frig. He said he would followup. I never heard back from the store, and whenever I tried to call back I just get a voice message during store hours. Delivery called back and said they were were coming that same day between 3-5. When I inquired, they said oh no, this is the same refrigerator that you rejected. This was the most unprofessional experience with horrible customer service. I'd never shop there again.
