Excellent customer service, price, product knowledge and experience. The salesman Steve Shultz will be receiving more of my business! To be honest, the reviews made me very skeptical but was overwhelmingly surprised. I bought four large kitchen appliances after a good deal of research and competitor pricing. Very happy overall.

Ordered a whole kitchen. Was told it would take 6 weeks. Now I'm on week 14, still nothing. As in, NOTHING. They keep changing the "we'll have it by" dates on me, they tell me something is in stock when it's not.... Most recently, they scheduled my range and fridge to be delivered on a certain day, only for me to get a call from the logistics company telling me that they have completely my microwave and fridge that are scheduled to be delivered on different (and wrong) days. Don't waste your time. Go to Lowes.

Hmm, where do I start? While doing laundry one Saturday, our washer finally gave out. After researching the parts required to fix the unit, it made more sense to purchase new. For some reason I thought of HH Gregg for there are no Sears stores near us. I informed the salesman I had two KEY stipulations. The first is the units have to be in stock so we can get a Sunday or Monday delivery. The second stipulation was the units HAD to be no larger than 27"! The salesman was great in the sense he showed me units that are top quality but not necessarily the most expensive. We picked out a nice Maytag set, which was in stock and which could be delivered the next day, Sunday! Leaving the store I felt this would be a rating of 5 stars! However, here's where it went downhill...The units were delivered, as promised, the next day but when they took them off the truck, the driver says, "You are aware the dryer is an extra large unit and is 29/30" wide?" I immediately informed him this was the first I heard of this and for them to take the units back to the warehouse for I refused the delivery. We had company over for dinner as they were being delivered so I couldn't go to the store until late that evening. I explained the situation with the manager, Mike, who was very nice and worked with me to pick out a new set. It was too late for a Monday delivery so he made sure we were scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. Again, I left the store very pleased and was again thinking a 5 star rating. When the second units were delivered, the guys were very nice and friendly. They called to see if I was home for they wanted to push up my delivery for they were ahead of schedule. Wife was pleased so said sure. They appeared to be in such a hurry to get finished with me for they were then going to be done for the day! Being in such a hurry, they broke off a screw in the back of the dryer where they attach the 220 plug. Being a new dryer, it was not repairable. He immediately told me he needed to order me a new dryer. He called the warehouse and they informed him the soonest they could get me one was Friday. This was unacceptable and I, again, refused the entire delivery. They seemed really surprised by this until; I told them, three times, to load them back onto the truck and take them back! I went to the store, again, to speak with the manager. He wasn't in so I went to Best Buy and purchased the same units at the same discounted price HH Gregg offered me. When I went back to HH Gregg to get my money back, they then seemed really interested in my business. Another manager, I think, ran this up the ladder and talked on the phone for at least another half hour. I stood around, wasting my time some more to see what their offer would be. He finally hung up the phone and said the offer was an additional $400 off. $50 of that from HH Gregg and $350 from the delivery service. They also got me scheduled for Friday delivery since they don't delivery on Wednesday and Thursday's schedule was already full. They arranged it so we were first delivery Friday morning. I told them I would accept this offer and I trust them they will come thru on everything they said. I went back to Best Buy and got my money back. We received the units first thing Friday morning but the invoice didn't show the $50 credit they had promised me. So back to the store I went and spoke with Mike again. He made some calls and said my credit card would be credited the $50 within the next 7 to 10 business days and I'd also receive a check in the mail for the $350 in that same time frame. I received the credit on my credit card as promised but when I received the check it was for $300, not the promised $350.! Guess who gets to go back to the store one more time? I was going to give them a rating on 1 star but only because of Mike, the manager, I am giving them a rating of 2 stars. This is a process problem with HH Gregg and a lot of it was out of Mike's control. This was a very painful purchasing process!

Talk to Mike and Jeff in the store. I have now bought 2 TV's and a dishwasher!
