The customer service at this location does not stand up to the prices set for the same products you can buy elsewhere much cheaper. After having the best buy card, having impeccable history of payments, I feel that this store's management does not care about the business I brought to this location. Therefore, my review is 1 star and the next step is never go back to Best Buy again, cancel my card. Thank you!

This store is okay. Usually I'm never approached by an associate, but when I am, I try to not ask questions, as I don't like the hard-sale pressure. My wife and I were interested in buying a new TV and had several questions regarding the new technology. The associates kept pushing us to pay more than we wanted and to buy their HDMI cables, but couldn't explain why their $80 cable was better than a $20 cable from Amazon, despite having the same specifications and certifications. Finally we got tired of the high pressure sales tactics and bought everything on Amazon. Like others have said, the associates can read labels but aren't fully knowledgeable on the products and are unable to better help customers who have done research. Sometimes it's nice just picking an item up from a store, rather than ordering it online. For this location, though, I'd much rather order online and not interact with the sales staff.

This place should really be called "Okayest Buy". Every once in a while something will be on sale for much less than their competitors, but for the most part, their prices are the same mediocre markdown from "list price" that everyone else offers. The knowledge and helpfulness of their staff varies widely from overbearing to useless. Their entire shopping experience seems intended to lure you into as many impulse purchases as possible. If you're responding to an Ad for something on sale and you know exactly what you are after, then get in, get your stuff, and get out, before the place sucks you into its blue and yellow hole and you suddenly find yourself buying thousands more in merchandise than you planned.

I had a great experience at Best Buy. I went for an open box product. Bottom line, there was going to be difficulty in getting the item delivered to my daughter's address. After discussion, I came away with a newer, better product then I had gone to get. The newer, better product was very, very slightly higher in price than the lesser quality/older model. The manager and the sales person worked very hard to provide extraordinary customer service.

The customer service received following the purchase of my new refrigerator to the time the correct model was delivered and installed was horrendous. A few mistakes were made, and Best Buy failed to own them. I may have been a rewards member for a number of years, but I will never shop here again after this experience.
