Warning, Warning, this particular store is the worst I've been to not only did I try to get issue resolved that they sent me couches that are ripped and badly scruffed upon  speaking to Anthony the store manager whom doesn't take the time to contact his customers when called or left messages ., he leaves dirty work to his employees whom as well one in particular I can't even pronounce or spell her name but a Philippine chick that is now a acting manager there as of last mouth her attitude towards me on phone was beyond rude , unpleasant, unprofessional and abnochious !!!   She never called me back I had to keep calling, she didn't let me talk, and she made it seem like it was my fault!!! How dare this store pawn their junky used furniture to unknowingly suspect!!! How dare they treat people with disrespect and rudeness ! Please do your some work on this store before doing business with them ! Please there are other rental stores out there other then the ugliness of this store at melrose park they are the worst by fare and very rude and lie to make a buck !!!

I went inside the store about two weeks ago pick out a set paid the first month in full. I was told the set I wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered me a set. I was told I would get it the following week. So the on the day of delivery (two weeks after going to the location)I called the store to find out what time to expect them. I was told my paperwork hadn't been review but not to worry it would be taken care of immediately. Then I was asked when would I be making a payment? So my paperwork had not been reviewed and the had no record of my payment. No one should visit this location.

The store manager have a very bad attitude every conversation have been very disrespectful to me never ever will go to Arron's again!!! Maria please fix your attitude or you won't have a job !!!

They just flat out lie to you, right to your face, from the management team down to the sales associates to the drivers..!!!!
