Not very friendly to some people. Possibly rightfully so. Poor selection. Good prices. They called me out on my negative feedback and were apologetic. My comments were: They profile pretty hard. So wear a collared shirt. I wore a collared shirt the 2nd time i entered and they were much more friendly like midwest. 

Notice most 5 star reviews are for a first time firearm purchase. These people are likely just excited to become part of the culture. 

Midwest Sporting goods is friendly to people of all cultures. However, at Suburban Sporting Goods, be polite, dress well, and be as professional as you can and they will do the same.

Last note for the business: show your customer an ordered item before ordering it. Nod in acknowledgement of someone existence. Do not ignore/dehumanize people. Tell your customers how they can expect to hear from them and when.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped all the way through my 1st gun purchase with patience and professionalism that really made me say this is going to be the pkace where I do all of my future gun buying. Thank you and hats off to the staff. God bless

What a great place! I have been coming here for years now but today, their customer service really stood out.  I had an issue with a manufacturer's mistake and they took care of the issue, no questions asked.  Will be back again.  It's wonderful having such a great, local business.

Waiting for my first firearm to arrive. Whole lot of online selections you can pick. I was in and out with the paper work also great staff. 5 out of 5 no doubt. Support your local gun store!!!
