This company is so understaffed and they overwork their employees to the point where they’re getting hurt on the job! I’ve seen their employees in the hospital multiple times from getting hurt or sick. Also I’ve seen employees from the Manchester store going to places sick. They don’t allow employees to call out sick and if they do they harass them! Really hope corporate sees this because this is NOT how a company is to run! This is pathetic! They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them!

AWFUL!!!!!! I've asked them to pick up a bedroom set 3 times, and then they call me to make a payment on the set a few weeks later. They NEVER went to pick it up! They tried feeding me a line about not being able to take it back because of bed bugs, then slipped about 5 minutes into the conversation stating they could never get anyone to open the door to get it. SO WHAT IS IT??? BEDBUGS OR YOU CAN'T GET IN TO GET IT??? Scam artists!!!!

My husband and I went in today to look at a couch and Brian offered us coffee right off the bat. He then took the time to explain everything they offer to us and showed us every piece letting us take our time. Brian was able to answer every question we had and had a great sense of humor. Chris the financial guy was awesome too he explained everything to us and was awesome and very friendly. They treated us like friends instead of renters, we will recommend you guys to all our friends.
