Aria or whatever her name is made the experience awful and she doesn’t listen at all. The easiest part was placing my order online. After dealing with her and my furniture not being able to fit ( without an attempt or even trying to get it up the stairs) I just cancelled and got my money back, didn’t want to go through anymore hassle. The others in the store were pleasant people, but aria needs to go.

It's a good place to lease to own appliances, tv's, furniture for those who has credit challenges.

One of the worst places EVER i do not recommend them at all.. the rented my grandfather a couch that was destroyed . It litterally had pieces on ply wood for the base of the couch . It looked like maybe a dog of the previous owner ruined it..and they so called salvaged it ..they  totally took advantage of my grandfathers age and the fact he he is never around . The people who put the couch in and bed .. even said they had horrible management staff and were complaining they only make 10.00 a hour one whom was a manager in training.. the furniture ordered was dinged and scratched and when we wanted a refund once my family and I saw the damages they said that they want there money. That is owed for garbage. 
. I DO NOT recommend them to any ONE.. better off at Amazon bunch of Pirates and thieves.. and i believe they also said they were getting robbed while they were putting in the stuff.. didn't even come with the right.. things total rip off !!! If I could put negative stars I would .. corporate should shUT them down

They have the worse system ever, they change your payments, don't let you know too many people manipulate your account and end up taking more money than what you suppose to pay. Plus they don't give you a corporate number or district managers number to do any complains or to resolve your issues. I am absolutely disappointed and don't recommend this place at all.
