So many things wrong with this location. They did my warranty return wrong. I've been without a phone for a month and a half. Finally got every thing situated today! Also I bought 2 Samsung s8+s during their buy one get one promotion last May. I just found out I have been paying for both phones this whole time. When I questioned them multiple times they told me I was recieving the credit. I just got off the phone with the customer service rep who said I did not receive that credit. Just stay away from this store at all costs. Go to a corporate store this 3rd party retailer is a joke and seriously needs to clean up their act. When I called the store to inquire about my warranty the employee who answered the phone gave me attitude and said there was nothing he could do. Just awful awful service.

I see the reviews for this location are not so well. My review is not for this location however it’s for the AT&T company itself . AT&T is very compassionate understanding and flexible when it comes to your bill your payments and any situation you may be having if you want to contract you should definitely go with them!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY LIED TO MY FACE.(STORE ACTUALLY LOCATED N OF KELLOGG ACROSS BJ'S) RECOMMEND MAKING THE TRIP UP ROCK RD TO AT&T CORPORATE DEALER. I WENT IN TO STORE TO BUY NEW PHONE AND GEAR. AT&T SALE GIRL WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SEEM LIKE SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB. SAID THERE WHERE NOT NO MORE GEAR 2 WATCHES IN WICHITA (LIE I ENDED UP BUYING 2 AT N ROCK RD SAME DAY)SAID I COULD NOT USE CASH TO PAY OFF PHONE TO UP GRADE TO NEW ONE SO I WENT TO GO BUY PRE PAID DEBIT CARDS @ WALMART N ROCK RD AND STOPPED IN AT&T STORE IN FRONT THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND SAID I DID NOT NEED TO PAY WITH CARD THEY EXPECT MY MONEY. ALL THIS WAS FOR BDAY PRESENTS AND IF I WOULD OF NOT WENT TO AT&T ON N ROCK I PROBABLY WOULD OF JUST SWITCHED TO VERIZON.
