Had a problem with one of my Samsung products Samsung was kind of dragging their feet AT&T stepped in took care of the problem to 100% satisfaction everybody in the whole store was very helpful

Very frustrating. The person could not speak clear English. Couldn't comprehend what I needed assistance with. Frequently the same results when I call.

First time going threw AT&T and the customer service was the worst I ever experienced. I paid for WIFI and confirmed a date and time with them and they never showed up and wanted to blame us for cancelling when we have the messages confirming the installation time/date. It will be almost a week and a half now when they can get out and install it. We needed for the holidays and they were very rude and I would not recommend any family or friends to go threw them.

I was assisted quickly.  The technician  took care of my problem as best they could.

Service has always been friendly, but they are often unable to help with complex issues. It is usually a better option to contact AT&T directly in my experience. The stores have only been good for picking up phones and not waiting for them to ship.
