Absolutely terrible customer service. Not only did I have to wait over five minutes while the agent argued with another customer until they left, but when I explained that I needed help with transferring data to my new phone, she asked where I bought it, I said it was a gift,  and then she told me to go home and download an app and use my Wi-Fi. 
The other T-Mobile store just did it for me on the spot.

There is always more than a 10min wait. I get told one thing from this place and then my bill or when I call customer service it's something else

Everyone is knowledgeable about the things that were in the store, on TV, and on the Internet. They knew what you were talking about, even if you didn't go into detail. They recommend better deals that will benefit you, that are actually honest. They go into detail when eexplaining something to you. And they show and tell you everything you need to know, right then and there. Great service and Great attitude. The best T-Mobile store I have ever been to. Also, they really do keep to their word. There was once a mishap on sale date and pricing, we (my companion who was looking to get a new phone and myself) were told a wrong price and ordered a new phone after deciding to pay for the phone when it gets here. When it arrived, we were confused and they cleared everything up, making sure that we were aware that we did nothing wrong. In the end, they let us pay for the phone at the price that we were told. Thank you, Kellogg T-Mobile Store. Honestly, go to this store for amazing service and deals.
