Absolutely terrible customer service. I told them I need help with transferring data from my old phone to my new phone.  Two employees standing around not doing anything and they both tell me to go home and download an app. They tell me it's really easy and self-explanatory.  If it's so easy then why don't you just do it on-site. 
Funny how T-Mobile doesn't resist accepting my payment every month, but if you ask for service that's when they get reluctant.

I just had a horrible experience where "Tyler" just treated me so bad and nicely gave me the WORST experience that I've ever had with Tmobile and I'm done .. I used to love going to this store where the reps gave extraordinary service... I called customer service to try to get further support and when the csr manager asked to speak to him, he held the phone a few inches away from his ear even like I had Ebola or something .. I was there to get my warranty exchange and he wouldn't give it to me saying the phone was damaged and it wasn't at all, or else I wouldn't have been approved in the first place..

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service!Very Unhelpful staff(((I was in store  2 times I had  problem with my phone they even didn't chek they just gave me 1800 number and ask to call  them. very  very disappointed.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager avoided me and my issue time and time again, with the help of his worthless employees. I had to resolve my 5 month long issue elsewhere even after this store admitted fault. Save yourself the trouble and FIND A DIFFERENT STORE.
