These idiots have called me 3x for a payment after I paid for the rental up front for 30 days. The same person called each time even after I explained to him that I don’t owe because the chair was already paid for. Is it to much to make notes on my file so u won’t keep making the same dumb mistake???  It’s called harassment.

I live next door to this place. i called about 1231 informed them that the music they were blasting was easily herd in my bloody house 4 lanes across the street and over traffic. 3 of us in this building sleep during the day because we work nights at the shipyard. We value our sleep. I am extremely pissed off that they ignored my complaint. will be formally reporting this to the corporate office.

I like aarons but i dont like this store because the customer service is deplorable. They are nice when your signing a lease but not after. me and my husband always pay a few days late faithfully and supposedly they noted in so they wont have to call every month but they do and each time they treat me like a CRIMINAL . i have had this for almost 2 years and my contract ends in 3 months and they are rude every time as if they arent going to get their money. Dont waste your time here there are plenty of other places that will treat you better and have lower interest rates. i will being going else where from now on if i ever lease to own.  DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

The General Manager cussed me out and acted extremely unprofessional. Going as far as taking money from my bank account without my authorization which is ILLEGAL. This place should be shut DOWN. I recieved broken furniture and HORRIBLE customer service .I'm going to the Business Bureau with my complaint.

This location is the worst place to get furniture from they are nice when you first get the furniture and signing lease but then they start harassing you calling you sending threating text messages saying crazy things do not make the mistake and get anything from them they have poor customer service and they treat the customer rude and bad I will never buy from them will go else where Hampton location maybe way better will be calling there corporate office really soon I wish I could put no stars up here smh ghetto hood store
