After spending thousands in the store on two note 8s and cases and screen protectors I felt like my phone where well protected. I bought a curved glass screen protector for 54.99 the guys in the store recommended it and put it on for me. After 15 days I went to answer my phone and the protector popped off. I came into the store and loyd the manager refused to replace it. Said I had to file a claim etc. It was Christmas eve and I basically didn't have very much money left..I was so unhappy he walked away to talk to new customers while I stood there heartbroken . Not a sorry. Nothing. They put it on wrong there where air bubbles underneath it and he didn't care.. I went across the street to the t mobile inside the mall and they felt horrible for me and replaced it no charged I was blown away that a store that didn't cause the issue was so willing to help me. Screw this store they are rude to you once they get what they want from you (a sale)

Great job! They always take care of any problems I have had with my service. Very friendly staff like your T-Mobile much better than my Verizon experiences across the street. Thanks guys.

The representatives in this store really stinks.
After you purchase a new phone from this store.
They will put you on a insurance and jump plan without verbally asking you.
If you do changed your mind about the new phone their 50 dollars restocking fee is crazy.
After I purchased a new unlocked phone from best buy for my wife and comes back within 30 minutes or less
She needed a new sim card for her S8+
I  went into the store needing a new sim card
Which costed 25 dollars.
After I got home from purchasing a S7
I had a sim card in my box
Which I could have used in her phone.
But the representative which did not care 
Just sold us a sim card instead.
The representative was from 30 minutes ago knew  I had a extra sim card.
You are better off purchasing a unlocked phone from a store instead of T mobile store.
Don't get the wrong idea about T mobile
Its just the store representatives stinks.
If you got money to blow
Purchase a phone from this store. 
Another reason why to get unlockes phones
They do not have the trash apps from T mobile to eat up your memory and battery life every second.
