Went to buy my wife a new phone and the mobile department was extremely busy. I waited for a good 20 minutes to be helped but the young lady was very communicative and always kept me updated on when she would be able to help me. Once it was my turn, she did not rush me or cut me short. She made me feel like I was her most important customer of the day. Love Best Buy.

I got great 1:1 service from an associate in the appliances section. I was actually surprised to discover the variety of appliances at Best Buy. It was nice to discover that the appliances they had were not just refrigerators with built-in touch screens and wireless IoT functionality. Best Buy offers free delivery on appliances, and I was able to get my dishwasher delivered and installed before our Christmas party. The delivery company was not the best-- they were several hours late and I need to call to get some remediation done on the installation, but that is not a ding on Best Buy.

Always enjoy our time in this store. Friendly and helpful staff can usually find anything the wife and I are looking for. Will remain a Best Buy regards member.

Had a very interesting experience replacing all my Kitchen appliances, but they did a great job overall.  When the appliances were supposed to be delivered, there was a hiccup in delivery and was not notified the truck wasn't going to come until I called after the window was missed.  Manager did get a hold of me later and he made things right with a gift card and offering to help. Didn't have to, but this took class and was very appreciated as he understood I basically wasted a Saturday and had to cancel plans. Things happen and the company followed through in making it right as I stated. Delivery came later than expected, but at least I had the appliances. Bit of an issue getting the refrigerator through my door and one of the fridge doors did get dented. The movers took note and I worked through Best Buy to get the door replaced at no charge.  The Geek Squad who installed the door were very professional, super friendly, very efficient, and quickly installed the door. My dishwasher was missing a few pieces, and luckily there was a promotion to have free dishwasher installed when I told them I was missing parts, so the store was even kind enough to help me out there and get me the parts and help get it installed for the promotion (major headache relieved!) Were a few logistical things we had to work through, but the store is great at following through and taking care of customers. Never had a rude comment, always treated like a valued customer, and have not seen this much helpfulness in many stores. Five stars without a doubt. Thank you!

Couldn't find anyone to help me.  When I did find someone to help me they were too busy talking to notice I was there even though I had said excuse me three times. Best buy used to be a good place to shop but not anymore.
