Rachel is horrible. I have never been talked down to the way I was, in my entire life. I will never be using Aaron's again, because of Rachel.

The "manager" Rachel is the absolute worst! She yelled at me and told me that she was refusing to help me. The look on the employees faces was complete horror. They looked annoyed, embarrassed  and disgusted with her. She is the worst!

I used the Riverdale location. Dont use Aaron's at all! I am very upset with Rachel and how she treated me. Aaron's straight across the board, does not care about their customers.

I would have recommended this store a few month ago but now I won't,  They used to work well when I had issues of making my pmts but now they  are telling me since my payment is monthly they can only do a partial payment this one time and won't be able to do it again. I guess I will get them paid off as soon as possible and won't be going back.

Since the Aaron's store has been under new management, they have been incredibly helpful, honest and kind! Highly recommend this location! Always work with you on payments and find the easiest and accommodating way to get us to ownership!
