Came in on 12/19 (Tuesday) and was shocked to say the very least! There was a man and woman arguing/yelling in the back! Yes they were in an employee only area but my goodness.. the poor lady was CRYING! It I didnt catch what it was about because i was trying to focus on what i was getting but my heart went out to her. Had something to do with leaving kids in a car or something?? Anyway, customer service was great! I wish the product wasn't scuffed but i picked out the best stuff i could! I give 3 stars to the crying lady and the lady that rang me out! If it wasnt for them this would be a 0 for the yelling!

I bought a gaming chair off of Amazon and was having the hardest time putting it together. So, even though I didn't buy the chair from them, Staples tried to assemble it for me, but the problem was that the holes for the screws weren't catching the screws. Not only did they disassemble the chair and rebox it for me, but they offered to let me leave it with them until Amazon sent me a return label, and they would return the chair for me. I bought a different chair from them, and they assembled my new chair at no cost. The manager, David, and all the associates were very accommodating, friendly, and really just went above and beyond to make me a happy customer!

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had, and I have worked retail for many years. The workers in the printing area should not be there. If they are that miserable in their job maybe you should find different employees. They were rude, arguing with one another, and made it clear they had no time to help me, because they "already had one job to work on". I'm disappointed because I was hoping to have a place to regularly visit for our church's printing needs but will not return to this location for any of our needs.

General manager was super friendly, helpful and knowledge. The store was clean and easy to shop in.
