I have purchased two used refrigerators from them in the past for different homes we have been in and have been happy with that.  My current refrigerator stopped working - no more cold air and everything in the freezer melted, etc.  We had a repair company come out and they said the compressor was bad and all we could do was buy a new fridge.  So I went to these guys to see if they had an inexpensive used fridge as money is tight right now.  I looked at what they had and told them I needed a new fridge because of a bad compressor.  I think the man's name is Jessie, but he asked me about the fridge and said compressors rarely go bad - it just needed a new switch or something.  He sold me a $40 part that he said would fix the problem 99% of the time.  I took it home, installed it myself, and my fridge is as good as new.  I am a little disappointed in the repair place that came out and told me I needed a new fridge, but very grateful for Jessie's experience and expertise because I didn't know how I was going to pay for a new fridge.  Thank you EG Anderson Appliances!

From a point of customer service, I have to give Jesse 5 stars. Late on a Friday night, after closing time, he still answered his phone and even though he could not help me directly, he referred me to someone who could. Not only could he have scheduled me out for the following business day (which would be the following Monday) but he also lost revenue by directing me to his parts guy. I'm a DIY'er so many repairs I can make on my own. If I have something outside of my wheelhouse, I'll be calling them!

I purchased my washer and dryer here. Both in great condition and still are running great after almost a year. They even gave me the exhaust duct I needed at no extra cost.

I have always received excellent customer service from these guys.

I also pawned my gun here and some snowboard boots. They gave me close to what I was asking which is better that I have gotten at other places I have pawned.

Friendly and quick service. Could use a little modernization, but that's not a black mark against them, that's just my IT bias ;p

Don't go here!! 
We took our lawn mower here to be serviced and have the carborator fixed.  $150 later our lawn mower still isn't fixed, it still won't start.  We took it back a 2nd and they said they fixed it.  It worked for one month and then the same problem kept occurring.  I called and asked what exactly they fixed with the mower and he said "I don't know.  It's in my book keepers office and he is out of town for 2 weeks." This is the owner telling me this btw.  Anyway he said bring it in again and I can look at it.  I asked him if I could get my money back he told me no.  

This guy will rip you off.  Don't waste your time here.
