Washer was shaking over excessively. The technician opened the washer up thoroughly looked it over watched it on spin cycle and balanced my washer. I was hit with a $100 bill and he left assuring me it was just fine. immediately after he left I started washing clothes and sure enough it was back to the same shaking problem. If I had to do it again I would take that $100 and put it toward a new washer or use a different company. I do not feel satisfied with the end product.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! My A/C unit broke down yesterday on a Saturday, did my usual Google search, called several higher rated Service places and all were booked for at least several days. Kearsley was in the same boat, but they took some extra time to help me troubleshoot over the phone. The condenser coil motor wasn't turning, so I brought over the capacitor and motor to there store. Alan was there just before it closed and tested my capacitor, it was bad and said that my motor was probably still okay. It was another $175, and said if I called the emergency line and left a message for him, he would be happy to open up the store later that night (after closing) just for me, in case I needed a motor also. I installed the capacitor and it worked perfectly. All is well, so I thought!! This is where they really knocked it out of the park. Yeah, it gets better! Who would have guessed that something else on my AC unit would die within hours. Yep, it did for me. Now, it's Sunday. No one is open. Cant get parts. Call the Kearsley emergency line and leave a message. Guess who calls me back? Alan. He talks through the problem on the phone with me again. Again, like the unit outside, the motor on the inside has a capacitor and motor. He tells me, it's his birthday and has plans later, but can open the store right now just for me, and get me the parts I need. He leaves me his cell. I bring the capacitor down, it's bad. He gives me a new one. I install it, but the motor is also bad. Call Alan and his cell, he offers to go back to the store again so I can have a motor for my home when it's 100 degrees outside. He walks me through the install process for the motor, step by step (which saved me a TON of time!) and BANG! Everything works!!! Snoopy dance!! Huge kudos to Allen and the out of this world service. You have a customer for life guys. Way to go! Chuck

These guys are a lifesaver! My air conditioning went out on a Friday evening and everybody was closed for the weekend. Since I am a wannabe DIY guy and I knew what was wrong I just needed the part. And since my wife is seven months pregnant and it's August there's no way I can go a weekend without air-conditioning. They were open on Saturday in the middle of the day and talk me through the repair and even talk me through a lower-cost alternative to the easiest message and answered my phone call for a little support line. I can't thank them enough!

Good service if it's during business hours. I've signed up for Gold service and our swamp cooler has been down for two days. Called yesterday and now today with no return call. I can't recommend these guys for after hours service.

One day our oven stopped working. With years of receiving outstanding service, we called Kearsley's without hesitation. Within a couple of hours the technician came and fixed our oven in less than an hour. He was fast, friendly, and very efficient. Thanks for the promptness!
