They are terrible. Do not try to pick up your package if it's the manager's day off.....it won't happen. It seems like it would be more of a professional way of doing things.......FOLLOW UP TO THE PREVIOUS POST. THE STORE MGR. FULLY REDEEMED THE COMPANY'S REP. HE PERSONALLY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE. I have been doing business with them for a while now and I  always have great experiences when I come in. Sometimes I pay my bill online and sometimes I come in the store but they take the time to know you by name. So when I come in they greet me but name which to me is a big deal. Excellent customer service.

Piss poor service. They're helpful and friendly to get you to sign a contract and make that down payment. But when it comes to things they screwed up on, they don't care about your inconvenience and don't try to resolve immediately.

Ordered online, delivered on time exactly when they said. The guys that delivered were very nice, courteous and did a great job, (Aaron & Devian (sp?))
