I am very disappointed in the service department of this dealership, after being a multiple car returning customer, I was told that I would be receiving free oil changes and they went back on their word because I cannot pay them 400 every 10,000 miles for maintenance! I will NEVER go back, and NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I wz blessed to recently purchase an older used Honda CRV & knew nothing about foreign cars! I came to Ferndale When I told them what was going on the service staff was was "extremely" friendly, helpful & it didn't matter that I wasn't there to repair anythg! They told me what it "could be", told me  cost to check. They had the service tech show me where thgs were located under the hood AND checked & filled my fluids free! I returned a 2nd time after getting a 2nd opinion with an outrageous evaluation & cost that didn't ring true to me. I  had the Same courteous professional & friendly staff: Cliff, Becky, Clay & Joe! The mechanic Joe overheard & confirmed it was not true & encouraged me to bring in my car! By now because of the patient friendly staff I "wanted" to let Ferndale Honda service my car! Returned a 3rd time Joe took care of my car showed me other maintenance issues to be aware of & suggested whn to service. I have been SO pleased with my experience at thz dealership! Cost was reasonable & I was comfortable  in letting them service my "great" lil CRV! ThankU staff at Ferndale Honda!! Regina

I usually go here for oil changes. They are not fast, but the prices are good and I don't think they try to rip you off. I gave them 5 stars because I brought my car in for a shaking in the front wheel. They said they would charge for a front end check. The tech took the car out and couldn't feel the shaking so they didn't charge me for the check. Good and bad, because they didn't fix the issue, but they aren't out there trying to scam you, so I feel confident that if you bring your car there, they will only do the work if they think they need it.

I wouldn't deal with Baraka Johnson. Other associates are helpful but he was untruthful to get me to come in to the dealership for a bogus rate on a lease buyout that was only applicable to new cars and didn't inform me that there would be a $500 paperwork fee. He sounds nice but acted like a used car salesman. Wasted my time. Another sales person seemed annoyed with him suggesting this wasn't the first time this has happened.

I would not give ONE star also! Though you book the appointment that person will not be available for you. Some random person will show up and it depends on HIS mood wether you will be asked to sit or to wait for an hour. No clear information, you will have Random information if you ask questions. 

We informed the sales representative about 2 vehicles we selected out of the inventory but on the day of appointment neither the representative nor the vehicle was available. When we asked, when the vehicle will be available, he responded - "by End of the day". we had appointment at 10 am and he expected us to wait till eod to look at the vehicle we already informed. Waste of Time and Effort! Completely disappointing treatment and service.

Next day same sales representative calls us and she says- "To test drive the vehicle You need to pay the deposit. And if so, can you afford it?", where in fact, the vehicle was with showroom owner for his personal use. None of these people were in sync with what we asked for and what they are talking about, but supporting their own ego.

Its complete waste of time and effort! I wouldn't recommend ever!
