FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I randomly went here to try it out and was SO surprised by how good the service was! Manager Rob is the man!  He greeted me right away and made sure I understood all my options as a first timer.  The vibe in the store was awesome, everyone in line was enthusiastic about how good the subs are.  When I got home and opened my sub and tried it I ALMOST  CRIED IT WAS SO GOOD!~ LOL!  I believe I got the Italian Mike's style.  Can't wait to try more subs!   PS. Tropical next door needs to take a page from Jersey Mike's CS book.. GET JERSEY MIKE'S!

We really like their sandwiches and the location being just down our street is great.  They need to get better at order accuracy though.  I'd say of the perhaps 10 times we've been there 7 have been not correct.  You have to absolutely babysit the order if you want it right... I've watched them right in front me just randomly adding things I've not asked for, wrong bread, etc...

Just picked up the Chipotle chicken in a wrap. I thought I was chewing plastic ! No way Is this chicken . 2 bites and I threw it out. Roommate had salmi , cheese ,ham . Has been on the toilet ever since. Not going back here

If you place an order online or on the phone, make sure to provide your FULL name upon arrival. I placed an online order during peak lunch times and only gave my first name when I arrived. That was a mistake. 

Apparently, another customer with the same first name called in an order around the same time. I'm not certain how, but this created a confusion that resulted in a 30 minute wait for my order. I ended up having to show my order confirmation email to the manager and he whipped up both my sandwiches in less than 5 minutes. 

Thankfully, both sandwiches were without error and the employees I interacted with during my visit were polite, albeit a bit stressed from how busy the shop was at the time.

I've visited this location a few times and this is the first major issue I've had. I hope my next experience goes better.

Edit: My next experience was much better. They know me by name now.

You can't even answer the phone at 7 pm on a Wednesday?! I'm sure everyone is busy, but at least answer and ask if they can hold.
