Oven my 20 month lease I saw a minimum of 4 different Store Managers. My payment and due date changed almost on a bi-monthly basis. I tried to change my address a minimum of 5 times to no avail. Upon attempting pay the remainder of my account I was meet with hostility and ineptitude.  

I understand that this is the best place to but items, but that does not mean that the customer service needs to be lacking to less than zero. I will definitely not be going back, and I hope I can dissuade others from going there as well.

Very rude and disrespectful if you bought something and it breaks good luck with that because it will take forever to replace not to mention the poor customer service

Typical run-of-the-mill Ashley Furniture sets overpriced. Top of that people are getting designer purses Finance there how completely ridiculous! Saying goes I'd rather have a $20 purse with $280 worth of stuff then the $300 purse that's empty how superficial has everybody there's no difference in the quality and these purses than the quality and some of the other purses that are like a straight-up Burlington Coat Factory same bankers for $20 2 $40 why finance a purse seriously
