This is my first time writing a review. I am doing so because, if I were a customer looking to get from A to B in reasonable time, I would want to read recent positive or negative experiences other consumers have had with ABC Cab Co.. Today, I called the company at around 10:30. The operator told me it would take between "15 to 20 minutes" for the taxi to show--perfect, I had to be somewhere at 11am. 
10:45 came, then 10:50, then 10:55. I called the operator only after the quoted time passed. She was completely unhelpful. I asked her where the driver is, "I don't know." When he will be here, "I don't know." I asked her who I should talk instead. "I don't know." 
So, 11:00am strikes. The time I was supposed to arrive at my destination. So, great, I'm late. Then, 11:10--nothing. I don't even get a call from the operator, and she sounds SO annoyed at me calling. 
Finally, at about 11:!5, my driver arrives. Keep in me that I called around 10:30 and my appointment was at 11:00. I didn't receive any apologies, any reimbursement, or additional courtesies from my driver. He, in fact, told me that he had just been called 8 minutes when he picked me up around 11:15. Plus, they have a 10$ minimum purchase for cards. So, my driver got a handsome tip despite arriving almost an hour after I called. Even worse, the cab company doesn't have any modern technology to integrate paying with card into their transactions. So, when at my destination, I sat for 5 minutes waiting for my driver to fill out my credit card information on the loose sheet of paper he had. Credit and debit cards have been around for decades---what century is this? 
Anyway, I could have walked from my house to my destination in shorter time. Overall, a very stressful, unpleasant experience. It's a shame.

This is the worst cab company ever. Was supposed to have a cab at 5:30 this morning, called in advance yesterday. 6:35 and still no cab. Not to mention they have some of the smelliest cabs around.

15th time in 3 month's that I've called 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time and been made late to work. Dispatcher is useless, no compensation or any sort of help/apologies, as I still sit here waiting to get to work. Horrible company, stick to uber. I prefer to support local buisness but not if they can't provide the single service they offer.

It does not even deserve one star. The service is stupid. I booked for a taxi 16 hours earlier to make sure it will come on time. That stupid van was late like 45 mins. We finally had to call uber. Avoid this abc cab at all cost.
