Jim Riehl’s across the street referred me to Mickey Shorr, so Brian gave me a great deal on the remote start I purchased as a gift.  They installed it two days later to help me pull off an awesome Christmas surprise.  Great service, and so far everything with the remote start has been fantastic - thank you!

I worked today with Shane, the regional manager I believe, at the Warren, MI location.  I just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased I was.  He explained the different options to me and we agreed on what was best for my remote starter needs.  Everything went well and I had my starter installed the same day!

I was going between Mickey Shorr and ABC Warehouse for a remote car starter for the winter. I was misquoted a price by ABC on an alarm system instead of a remote starter and didn't trust they knew what they were doing after several failed calls that would keep getting rerouted. However, the guys at Mickey Shorr had caught the error on the misquoted installation, beat the price ABC gave with a better brand (Viper > Python), and we're able to get me in same day for installation. Everyone was courteous and helpful to get me the right system for my cars. This is my second time here and I'll be bringing in my third car to them as well. Highly recommend talking to John Hawkes for automotive electronics products and services.

I had a terrible experience here today. Absolutely horrible. Came in during opening and purchased an alarm starter combo that they said would be finished  by closing time. I arrive back at 5 PM with them closing at 5:30 PM and they still did not pull my truck into the shop to work on. I had to give the installer money to stay past closing to finish my alarm and starter because I was leaving town the next day and needed it done. The sales person should have never wrote it up  if he knew it would not be complete it. I was very unhappy in this dissatisfied. I will never come back. Especially after this was my fourth product that I've had Installed at this location. Livid!
