I brought my car here to get a new alarm installed at 9am. Total cost over $400 dollars. I paid upfront and had to wait for a callback to have alarm installed. The call came at 2:30pm that they were ready for the car. After car was done at 7:30pm I assumed everything was good. I didn’t drive car the next but the day after that was Saturday I unlocked car with the door lock and alarm didn’t go off at all. I kept playing with alarm and it would go off and die immediately like the installed alarm was no good or warped. Not happy at all. Would not recommend them. High and products are faulty. Car also seems to hestitate now upon take off.

Simply put- Outstanding customer service provided by a guy named Alec who works there. He listened to what I told him I wanted and provided me with assistance in finding the right system for my car. The installation was quick and I haven’t had any issues with my new set up. I’ve dealt with other car audio sales people/installers in the past from other companies, and their services were garbage- they didn’t uphold their promises. This Mickey Shore in RO offers a way better experience for the consumer. Alec was willing to work with me to get a fair price for the sound system and installation. I recommend going to this store location if you want to deal with someone who is personable, knows his stuff, and willing to work with you to find the right system for a great price.

Do NOT go here for remote starter!! You'll end paying $500+ dollars going to the dealership to fix their mistake. They wired it wrong causing my car not to start all together. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. They said it was the automatic starter. Took it back to Mickey Shorrs and they said it was nothing they could do because the starter was taken off. Yes! Because my car wouldn't start! They wanted me to buy another one. No thanks. You'll never get my business again. You've been warned.

I came here to install my cars Alarm security system and the remort start! It cost me about 300 Dollars, they said it will take 2 hours to install it, and the system comes with 2 years warrenty, which is good. People are really good here pretty friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

Incredibly slow. Took them all day. I dont mind it taking a while. But when there are people coming in after me and leaving before my car is done. You have a big problem. I will never go back.
