Its 6pm, the sun is setting and dinner is on the stove. We realize we are out of a necessary item to finish dinner. We hop in the car and back out of our carport. Suddenly, the car snags the garden hose line! Water starts pouring from under our cracked (and in desperate need of repair) asphalt driveway. We're a little freaked because water isn't suppose to shoot up from the ground, unless you're in Yellowstone. We park the car and everyone scatters to their places. Husband is cutting off the water line. I am hustling children into the house and looking up emergency plumbing. I contact Parson's, they cant be there for another couple hours, due to other emergencies in the area. There's a problem, the water line wont shut off! I begin washing what dishes are left in the sink and making sure the kids and everyone has bathed with the water pressure we have. I finish the dishes and fill the sinks with fresh hot water to rinse any dishes we may use from dinner, in case we are without water for the night. As I finish the last of the tasks I have, a truck from Parson's pulls into the driveway. Perfect. Timing. The guy from Parson's takes a look at the line, says he can cap it off for the night so we wont be without water and will be here in the morning to finish the job. First thing the next morning, someone is here and has the job finished in less than an hour. They did an awesome job for an agreeable price and we will DEFINITELY use them again! Thanks Parson's!

We sch. a  service call for our air conditioner someone else actually installed our ac and had been back out, but we were not impressed with there follow up service. So we called Parsons, the two men that came were very professional and nice. They offered a solution that they tried and it has worked great! Will keep them in mind if we need another service that they provide.

Called them on a Friday night at 10pm to get a drain cleared. They were there promptly the next day to clear it out at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

They came to my house and charged 300.00 bucks to snake a drain they said it took 2 people to do hour and a half I will never call them again I was not home clearly they took advantage of my wife I would never recomend them to anyone!!
