Would give zero stars if I could. I had him diagnose a check engine. He(dave) said it was the vapor canister. He gave me a price estimate on the part and said the money spent on the diagnosis would go toward the cost of the repair. he was very helpful in giving me the info so I could see if I could find the part cheaper. He said I wouldn't be able to. I ended up finding it for $175 less than he quoted. After stringing me along for over a month saying he couldn't do it, he finally got it into the shop. I went to pick it up and he charged me for the labor to put it in. His story changed. I explained that I was told the money from the diagnosis would go toward the repair. his response "well. you ordered the part yourself so I didn't make any money off of it(from the beginning he said he wasn't going to be making any money off the part itself). He then said that it took time for him to find the crank to lower the spare tire to get to the part(I guess I had to pay him for his ignorance) and that he had trouble because there was some rust." well yeah. there will be rust underneath an automobile. In the end he was misleading with his information and didn't value me as a customer because he strung me along since he wasn't making a lot of money off the job.... On the positive side. The girl running the front desk was very nice.

Very bad shop disrespectful owner, we went for a transmission flush two weeks later transmission blow up open investigation going on don't not trust

Dont ever go to this place. I took  my car to this place as I am new here.  While he was working on Streeing, He broke my windshield, stole CD, He didnt put bushing bolts properly, as a result, my tie rod (Which holds tire and steering) Came out on Highway 9, about 40 miles away from my home. No bus, No train, No mechanic on saturday. Imagine, you are on highway and your tires go in opposite directions. I am thankful to God who saved my life otherwise it would crash.

Ray, Who runs that place, has worst attitude. He refunded some money because he was so afraid of legal action. I didnt have time otherwise i would bring him to court.

The trouble which i had, Just because of him, I can't explain it
