I was driving back to NY and my car started stalling out on the highway and I ended up having to spend the night in CT, and on Memorial Day Weekend of all times . I called several mechanics on Memorial Day, knowing that the chance of anything being open was non existent, and finally called AAMCO and was lucky enough that Danny picked up the phone and happened to be in that day. The man came out to my hotel and took a look at the car and drove it a bit to see if we could find the issue. He saw something might be up and recommended I visit the shop to diagnose it but that otherwise the car was running pretty well. I came in the next morning, got a diagnostic and found out it was the transmission that needed some work done. Danny and David gave me the all clear to head home and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic, something that they clearly dont usually do! I am extremely gracious for their help and taken aback by how helpful, knowledgeable, and generous these guys were and will definitley make them my first stop if I ever have any car troubles when im in the area again.

Came here to fix my exhaust system.  The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.  The waiting room had very comfortable lounge chairs, free Keurig coffee,  an electric fireplace and soft classical music playing.  It was so relaxing i almost fell asleep waiting for my car.  Repair was not expensive, and i diddnt have to wait long, even though i did get lunch at one of the many places to eat within a five minute walk.  Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Throughout the years I've had several transmissions rebuilt. I always go to shops that specialize in transmissions.  I appreciate the hard work put into making sure the Isuzu is running right. No surprises. Good job, Jen!

Jen is amazing and works with you and will try and do what she can, how ever the front desk guy David is very rude, obnoxious, ignorant and every time I call or come in him and I always get into an argument I can't stand him he does bad business his customer service skills are horrible and every time I ask to speak to a manager he always tries to lead me in the wrong direction and avoid the question or just walk away he needs to get fired for the way he treats customers and this isn't the first incident I've had with this man

We stopped in and the staff at Aamco was great they fixed are transmission in a timly manger and they where all very friendly being 800 miles from home it was nice to to have a group of people great us like they new us like family
