This is my 1 year review and I am very happy with my purchase. Service manager Steve is awesome. Great staff in general. I was offered shuttle services and Employees went out of their way to make sure I was Satisfied. Thanks guys

With 10 minutes to go before a long holiday weekend Stephen, Wesley, and Mark stepped in to save my day! Driving into town from Massachusetts to visit an elderly parent I got a bolt stuck in my right front tire. I called the dealership at 1:30 (spoke with a lovely young woman), pulled into the lot at 1:45 (just as Stephen gave me a call back to ensure I didn't get stranded), Mark found the tire, Wesley switched the tires out in no time, and I was back on the road to see my dad at 2:15! These guys really went the extra mile for me--all with a smile. Their kindness, efficiency and professionalism are so appreciated!!!! I only wish I lived closer so I could get all my service done here.

Recently just purchased a BMW 335xi, Amazing customer service. Great deal. I was assisted by a man named Colby and he was awesome. Will definitely buy my next car here.

One star is too many! It's been a few years but still worth noting the horrible experience I had buying a pre-owned BMW at this dealer. To say I was rushed would be an understatement but I found out why soon. There was already a deposit on the car and they were literally going to sell it out from under the other buyer. Unfortunately I purchased the car only to find out that the dealer did not have or even know where the title was, the car was filthy, empty gas tank and when I got home I found that they glued parts on instead of replacing and repairing. To their credit they did come and get the car promising to take care of all the above problems. Well they did find the title probably only because BMW FS forced them to but NONE of the other issues were addressed. Car was delivered back to me filthy, still with the broken parts and again an empty tank of gas. The sales staff including the owner and general manager and finance manager are completely dishonest and the service department totally useless. Buying a car or servicing it here is only the beginning of a nightmare. Nothing is beneath these people and I think they were even able to fake a clean CarFax.
