Shoddy machines and Rude customer service. When you complain about a washer/dryer not working properly they go through the motions of jotting down your info. and tell you to wait a few weeks for a refund. Sounds fair right. Only problem is they don't send one. They'll say a repairman was sent & the machine tested fine so no refund was mailed. If you press them they act like you were lying about the broken machine but Sebco might try to offer you a "complimentary refund" that will take another two weeks just don't hold your breath waiting for it. Meanwhile someone else posts a note the machine is still not functioning like it should. Amazing the machine that is working fine for their repairman fails to run right for another customer. What a scam. I also don't advise anyone to fall for leaving a message about problems since no one will bother getting back to you let alone send you money you're owed. Sebco needs to overhaul its business practices or just go out of business period.

Pretty nasty at the start. Hope we can get out of the 7 year lease they took on.

Terrible washing machines. They do not clean clothes well because they use very little water, machines are constantly breaking down and take months to repair, small items like socks get stuck behind washing machine door every time and so they do not get rinsed at all. It is very surprising this company is still in business.

Holy cow, I'd have better luck in Vegas! Using these machines is like a lesson in futility. Use only if you have half a day to waste. Thanks for the irritation Sebco!

I use them now for a couple of years their customer service is a 1 at least better than the other ones out there
