Thursday evenings and Sunday midday Abuelo's serves unbelievable prime rib.  Their unique seasoning blends well with the meat.  Along with their delicious "papas" (mashed potatoes with cheese and green chilies) and the roasted whole green chili pepper stuffed with cheese, this is a fabulous dinner.  
   You can order the prime rib in 3-4 different sizes (not all are on the menu... Ask the server).

The staff was nice, but the food was terrible.  The brisket taco plate was so over salted you could not eat it with out having some lime to kill the taste.  Food really sucked!  Big time!  This place is so over-rated.  I have eaten there before and cringe when friends ask us to go there.  Friends is why I go there. The food really is poor.

Great experience, large food portions at reasonable price. Got very busy whilst we were there, a testament to the great selection of menu items and brilliant margaritas.

Tasty Mexican food and eclectic atmosphere with good service.  Music was kept low enough to allow F oir conversation.

Only one slight complaint (the reason for less than perfect 5 stars) is that they no longer offer military discount on food.  Sad but true.  Other than that, it's definitely worth the visit.

Carnitas Tacos were great. Service was amazing. Didn't have to wait for anything and it was even crazy busy.
