Bought a pair of headphones here. Great possibilities to try out different kinds and compare them. Very competent and kind staff, they really know what they are talking about.
Good pricing as well, they price match with amazon and such online stores.
Would recommend!

Don't purchase online, customer experience is far from the industry standard when ordering online. Communication is poor and infrequent. Shipping is slow and not transparent what is up with your order. They have decent sales but you get charged immediately, not when your order ships, which can take up to or more than a week. You're best served by walking in and shopping the old fashioned way if you're local.

Fun to explore but quite expensive. The products are still incredible quality though so I'd recommend if you are looking to pay for high quality headphones for instance. The toys and gadgets are also all very fun.

Bought a watch (gift).  When my wife opened the box, the watch didn't work. Discussed with AC Gears, but nothing I wanted to exchange for so returned watch for refund.  I mailed the watch back after 6 weeks. When no refund appeared on credit card I followed up and was told they won't refund after 3 months.  Even though I sent it back after 6 weeks. Lot's of email discussion, but no refund.
Update:  Received refund, so I'm revising my rating.

Nice small cute and fancy gadget and gift store, From a small wall dedicated to headhones to odd Japanese small gifts like an egg planter,fancy chopsticks,small gifts and electronic cables and watches.
This is the store to come to when you do not know what to give for a gift this place will certainly whet your fancy for the techy or small unusual fun gift person in your life.
The sales associates are knowledgeble and helpful without being pushy, a great plus.
