I have been shopping at this location for the past 10 years. What I have seen that keeps me coming back is the way they treat their customers. Three weeks ago I spent an hour researching Fitness activity watches with one of the sales associates. They were super helpful and got me to the best product for my wife.

Unfortunately on Christmas Day I discovered the size was too big for her rest. Now unfortunately I had made the transaction in cash and did not have a receipt to show for the transaction. I spoke to the manager who was sympathetic and they exchange the watch even though I had not presented appropriate documentation.

I find shopping stressful enough and often need assistance. The people at PC Richards have always made me feel comfortable even when I am less then a perfect Shopper! You can't go wrong shopping here the prices are great and people really warm and helpful.

I received amazing service from my salesperson Myron and the entire staff at P.C. Richard and Son! I was opening a new business in Manhattan and I needed a set of a specific washer and dryer delivered yesterday! They got it done! They have been running all day and night for a week.i highly recommend this store and Myron and team at the Chelsea location.

At P.C. Richard & Son you get the best customer service & knowledable sales person in order to get the best product for you. Ben & Jamie at the 23RD Street showroom did just that for me. I was able to get the right bed for me as well as an amazing TV at the best price!!! Everything was a smooth transaction from A - Z.

An amazingly unbelievable experience, I came into  the store before the Thanksgiving holiday to replace my non functioning gas range ( isn't it odd that these scenarios usually play out when you most need an item to work? [Thanksgiving Day - range not working] , see: " Murphy's Law" ). Well I walked into the showroom the week before Thanksgiving and had the amazing pleasure of running into such a well prepared and disciplined counselor by the name of Jonathan Rodriguez. Jonathan showed me an array of ranges, and by him asking qualifying questions, we narrowed my options down to a couple of models. Jonathan was very thorough and patiently explained the features that each model offered.  Were it not for his expertise,  patience and eloquence, I could have made the wrong choice in selecting my new range.

Was lucky to be greeted by the store manager Joseph. What a joy and treasure he is to this company . One of the best shopping experiences I have had to date. If one of my daughters was single I would seriously introduce her to him. Make this your one stop shopping.
