Of course, besides their TOP-NOTCH customer service, Best Buy is truly the best buy you can find with 99.9999% of their merchandise!! ...and YES, they DO match ANY cheaper price, you may find in ANY other store....with proof of pricing. Their product warranties are a little pricey however, to have the FULL service of the 'Geek Squad' is a priceless asset, as most people have found out. I bought a desktop computer with a 2-year warranty recently, and I was told that for those 2 years, I can ALSO bring ANY of my computers/laptops/tablets, ect.!! Always the best choice for any electronic need, BEST BUY!

simply unmatchable among its peers. I go there often just to calm walk and enjoy. the staff if always helpful and polite. we never have any arguments. highly recommend!

Best Buy overall is going extinct. Tried to return a phone case I tried out and they only allow it to be returned after 15 days. Amazon wouldn’t allow me to return it. BYE BYE BEST BUY!!

Everytime I come here there are a lot of employees working the floor but no one is ever available even if they are helping no one. I see a lot of them walking around but I still get no assistance. I asked for assistance 3 times from 3 different employees, I get "I'll be right with you and then 10-15 minutes later see them get into a huddle conversation with a group of other employees. So naturally I thought to myself it's me and I should change my approach, so I did. The only time I got any attention was when I did an experiment by grabbing a printer and sat on it's box to see if they'd notice me and tell me to please get off the box, It worked ...had to snag me someone into helping me ...smh I like generally Best Buy but dang all I wanted was a Kindle and it's protective case.

Called Customer service and was told I could return an item without receipt; when I got to the store they told me "If item has serial number it needs receipt for return". Called customer service again (while STILL at store) and explained situation, they confirmed again that return could take place, but the store still did not want to do it. Went to another store without mentioning prior incident and return went smooth as silk... It was December 31st, the coldest day to walk around unnecessarily
