The customer service there is excellent. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products. They were friendly, polite, and were willing to walk with me to show me where the products I wanted wgere located.

After going to the best buy moble across the street. They told me for some strange reason I couldn't upgrade my phone there. Then they sent me to the official store across the street just to tell me they have the phone I want in stock but can't find it. That is a inventory problem in my mind and mismanagement. Very sad for Best Buy to ruin there name with employees who don't want to help at all. No worries because I went to the BB on 23rd and 6th and the treated me like I was family over for dinner. I upgraded and connected my phone in less than 30 minutes. I'll be going to this BB from now on.

The prices are really good for cell phones if you are in to the physical experience of buying and not the on-line thing it is a great place. The down side is that because of the fast pace in which they sell they run out of stuff quickly. And many times they don't carry articles that are not sold massively. A 24 hour store to get discount electronics all in all.

Open 24 hours a day. Great place to see new electronics or buy something last minute - the buy online pickup in store worked well 2 times I tried. Prices are good but always worth to check online - give them a slack given they have sales force and are 24 hours tho :)
